A historic location, an entirely new residential concept—1030 Kings made its official debut, unveiling a collection of 25 contemporary residences and amenities on Kings Road in West Hollywood. At its grand opening event, the condominium offering, represented by Don Heller and The Agency Development Group, showcased innovative architecture by the award-winning, L.A.-based firm LOHA and highly curated interiors by MLH Design Group. The four-story building was intelligently designed to honor the existing scale and character of the neighborhood while introducing an architecturally compelling offering to West Hollywood.
On the exterior, 1030 Kings features angular, modern design, with ribbed white metal materials selected by LOHA to project a clean, modern vibrancy. Residents are greeted by an entry courtyard and open-air atrium leading to the distinct collection of two-bedroom, two-bath condominiums. Light-filled interiors showcase a thoughtful contemporary elegance, with open-plan living areas, expansive window walls and ten-foot ceilings.
Exquisite finishes were hand-selected by MLH design group to enhance the living experience. Chef-caliber Bauformat kitchens feature mobile waterfall-style islands, raw wood cabinetry, Dekton heat and scratch-proof countertops and Miele appliances. The exquisite master suites feature walk-in wardrobes designed by Closet Factory and master baths with hand-selected, floor-to-ceiling marble slabs, Bauformat oak vanities and marble countertops.
Additional home features include 7.5-inch-wide oak flooring, eight-foot trimless doors, secure subterranean parking with electric car charging stations, and IOTAS Smart Home Technology, including smart switches, smart outlets, door sensors, motion sensors, smart thermostats and voice control.
Expansive amenity spaces are configured to capture sweeping views of the Hollywood Hills and inspire engagement, both among residents and with the surrounding neighborhood. A two-story outdoor gathering and entertaining space features an eight-foot-long dry bar, mobile fire pit, lounge and custom bench seating. The fitness studio features cutting-edge design by Fitness Design Group, state of the art strength, functional and cardio equipment and Fleetwood slider doors that open to an IPE Wooden yoga deck for indoor-outdoor exercise.
Guests of the grand opening event were treated to delicious cuisine and handcrafted cocktails from Pat’s Restaurant while enjoying an exclusive preview of the model homes and amenity spaces. View event photos below.
