Gracing the cover of June’s Miami Agent Magazine is The Agency Development Group’s Sasha Ezquerra, a top-ranked South Florida real estate pro, whom the magazine consulted for its piece, How to Thrive in The Luxury Market. Noting several “back-to-back years of growth” in the market, the article delves into what the future may hold. Beyond the vertical growth of Miami’s condo-centric market, a plethora of offerings beyond the shoreline are creating a more dynamic luxury real estate market.
The article notes the importance of location, with the high-end clientele seeking communities with dining, entertainment and shopping within close proximity.
