In honor of 3250 Serra Road’s market debut, agents Sandro Dazzan and Cooper Mount hosted a summer soirée at the sprawling Malibu estate, which boasts five acres of incredible European-style gardens nestled in Malibu’s exclusive hilltop Serra Retreat. Guests arrived at the 7,814-square-foot home through 24-hour, guarded gates and were greeted at the top of the stone-walled driveway with new wheels from Galpin Aston Martin. As they toured the lush grounds, attendees were handed chilled glasses of sparkling rosé from Malibu Rocky Oaks Estate Vineyards, which were topped with a flower blossom to complete the garden party vibe.
Inside, guests toured the home’s bounty of amenities, including a Wolfgang Puck-designed kitchen, climate-controlled wine cellar, wood-paneled library and expansive master suite with a private sitting room, ocean-view balcony. Glass pivot doors line the estate’s living spaces, framing the far-reaching ocean and mountain vistas.
In the gardens, local DJ Dev Love spun low-key beats as DCLA passed appetizers and bartenders mixed cocktails with Virginia Black Whiskey, VDKA6100, Gem & Bolt mezcal and served up Peroni beers.

As the sun went down over the treetops, Butterlove and Hardwork served candy rock-covered s’mores and guests took one last stroll around the lily pond.
