Triplemint Jersey City Real Estate Market Update: Q1 2022

Jersey City real estate sales dipped in Q1 with a year over year decrease of 5% and a quarter over quarter decrease of 6%. The median listed price was $650K, a 4% year over year increase and a 3% quarter over quarter decrease. 1,067 new homes hit the market in the 1st quarter, up 27% from 839 in Q4 and down 5% from 1,123 in Q1 2021.
