The SP200 ranks leaders, executives and entrepreneurs from all sectors of the business, including brokerages, technology companies, MLSs and associations, based on months of intensive research, debate and analysis.
To build the SP200 each year, leading real estate management consulting and research firm T3 Sixty extensively analyzes executives and C-suite leaders of all significant, large and strategically important companies in the residential real estate brokerage industry. The firm notes that the SP200 presents a reflection of the industry’s leadership landscape, evaluating each person’s relative power and influence in his or her company, as well as the industry in general.
In May, The Agency placed Number 25 in the 2020 Swanepoel Mega 1000 ranking of the top U.S. residential real estate brokerages by sales volume. The SP200 released this month placed Mauricio 119 out of 200 industry leaders.
