The Agency celebrates another milestone this week as Bryan Shaffer joins the team as VP of Franchise Sales to lead the company’s rapidly expanding operations in the Midwest and South-Central U.S. Bryan is thrilled to join The Agency team and be part of a boutique, luxury real estate brand with a global presence.
Bryan brings an impressive skill set with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining The Agency, Bryan held roles in marketing, business consulting and account management at notable real estate companies Realogy and CENTURY 21. Most recently, Bryan held the position of VP of franchise sales at Engel & Volkers.
His extensive career has given him experience in M&As, agent recruitment, business partnerships, agent marketing, franchise sales and much more. Bryan’s franchise sales strategy ties back to a simple focus on quality over quantity. This mantra as his North Star coupled with his passion for helping others in the industry uncover their “why” is Bryan’s simple recipe for career success, which he will use to spearhead the company’s growth into the country’s Midwest and South-Central regions.
