An undeveloped piece of land can provide buyers with a number of unique design possibilities—will they choose to build a modern farmhouse, a Spanish-inspired villa, a contemporary retreat or a French country estate? What kind of amenities would buyers want it to have? And most importantly, what would it look like? In true The Agency fashion, we wanted to collaborate to find inspiration and explore the development potential of a currently available 20-acre Malibu property—2990 Rambla Pacifico, represented by Sandro Dazzan and Irene Dazzan-Palmer (shown in the image above).
So, we polled followers of our Instagram, @TheAgencyRE, on their preferred style of home, amenities and interior design features. After 24 hours, we used AI to create renderings that encapsulated the top-ranked choices.
The result? A stunning contemporary-style home with a garden and grove exterior, unobstructed ocean and coastline views, and warm interiors steeped in wood and earth tones.

“This is a fun, creative way to promote The Agency’s many amazing land properties, which historically have not been featured on our owned media channels,” says Makenzie Green, The Agency’s VP of Vibes, who helped spearhead the social media campaign. “Utilizing AI allows us to showcase what could be, incorporating storytelling and unlimited imagination. This campaign, like everything we do, exemplifies The Agency’s ability to embrace timely trends and engage our audience in a fun, creative way. Our goal— as always—is to bring people together, which this initiative did by tapping into or global network to guide the designs of the properties being featured on the land. The resulting home rendering this poll produced was gorgeous!”
