Riggs Washington D.C. has joined forces with luxury cashmere brand Lingua Franca to unveil a designer holiday tree adorned with sustainably sourced, luxe garlands and custom ornaments. Lingua Franca, known for its slow fashion ethos, advocates for handmade, ethical products.
