In October, the Hudson County market saw slightly less activity but higher prices year-over-year. The average sale price was $680,422, down 4% from September, but up 3% from October 2021. The median sale price was up 4% from September and 9% from October 2021. Median listed price was relatively steady, down 5% from September, but up 4% year-over-year. Total number of sales slowed by 8% month-over-month and 25% year-over-year. New listings on the market were down 28% month-over-month and 35% year-over-year. The average days on market was 39 days, versus 36 days in September, down just 1% from October 2021.
