Hudson County Real Estate Market Update: Q3 2022

The Hudson County real estate market saw year over year and quarter over quarter increases in both listed and sales prices during Q3, while homes spent an average of 32 days on the market, down 14% from the same quarter last year. There were 1,256 sales in Q2, a 13% quarter over quarter decrease and a 22% year over year decrease. The average median listed price was $650,000, up 9% from Q3 of 2021.
