In Jersey City, new listings were down 8% from July and 6% from August 2021. Median sale price was up 23% both month-over-month and year-over-year, and average sale price was up 8% month-over-month and 21% year over year. Total number of sales slowed by 6% month-over-month and 13% year-over-year, and listings spent fewer days on the market, moving 7% faster month-over-month and 26% year-over-year.
