We’re growing our presence in the Silver State! The Agency is proud to announce the debut of its new office in Reno, Nevada. The Agency Reno marks our third office in the state of Nevada and joins existing locations in Las Vegas and Henderson.
The office will be led by Zar Zanganeh, who will serve as Managing Partner, and A.J. Palomar, who will serve as Managing Director. The Agency Reno will serve the greater Reno region as well as Sparks, Carson City, Incline Village, and the North Shore of Lake Tahoe on the Nevada side.

Zar Zanganeh opened The Agency Las Vegas in October 2021 and The Agency Henderson in September 2023. Bringing over 22 years of real estate expertise and a wide-ranging skillset to The Agency, Zar Zanganeh serves as Managing Partner of The Agency’s Las Vegas and Reno offices.
