Panelists, Porsches & Performances: The Agency D.C. Metro Launches in Style

The Agency D.C. Metro agents and community members were eager to kick off the new office with a bang in the usual style of The Agency. The office’s celebratory day started with a luxury panel within The Agency D.C. Metro office. Attendees enjoyed sushi boats, wine and prosecco as they listened to Mauricio Umansky, Founder and CEO of The Agency, Nurit Coombe and Alex Martinez, Managing Partners of The Agency D.C. Metro and Zar Zanganeh, Managing Partner of The Agency Las Vegas chat about the state of the luxury real estate market. The panel was moderated by Shane Farkas, The Agency COO. The four experts shared how to enter the luxury market, what’s ahead for the global market and how The Agency’s tools, systems and teams elevate the agent.

An elegant evening event followed the informative panel, held at Porsche Bethesda. Attendees included Peter and Paige Torkan, Howard Elfman, Bernardo Mucino Koenig, Zar Zanganeh, Katia Bailey, John Faratro and other agents and staff from offices around the globe.

Guests mingled and enjoyed appetizers and signature cocktails. Allie Williams, President & CEO of the Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce, welcomed The Agency D.C. Metro to the business community with a ribbon-cutting. Nurit, Alex and Mauricio said a few words to the crowd and Rozes—a six-time platinum recording artist best known for her 2015 collaboration with The Chainsmokers—performed a few songs with DJ Biks for a private concert.
