Moving on up! The Agency hosted a special sneak peek of the two-level penthouse at Fifteen, a boutique collection of 21 modern residences at 15 West 96th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. See below for a video with highlights from the event.
Sip, Twirl, Repeat
Guests sipped champagne as they toured the stunning five-bedroom, four-and-one-half bathroom duplex penthouse, which spans more than 4,300 square feet across two full floors. Attendees enjoyed panoramic city and Central Park views and a special performance by red-clad dancers from one of the foremost dance companies in the world.
The penthouse, quietly asking $20M, boasts a wraparound terrace complete with gas grill, a custom curved staircase connecting the two levels and a limestone surround gas fireplace.
The Agency’s Founder and CEO Mauricio Umansky was in attendance and spoke to Fifteen’s standout quality and unrivaled location. Boasting a majority of full-floor residences, all with private outdoor space, and a prime setting with views of Central Park and the city skyline, the 22-story building was developed by Sackman Enterprises, Inc and designed by SLCE Architects.
