Sip, Twirl, Repeat
Guests sipped champagne as they toured the stunning five-bedroom, four-and-one-half bathroom duplex penthouse, which spans more than 4,300 square feet across two full floors. Attendees enjoyed panoramic city and Central Park views and a special performance by red-clad dancers from one of the foremost dance companies in the world.
The penthouse, quietly asking $20M, boasts a wraparound terrace complete with gas grill, a custom curved staircase connecting the two levels and a limestone surround gas fireplace.
The Agency’s Founder and CEO Mauricio Umansky was in attendance and spoke to Fifteen’s standout quality and unrivaled location. Boasting a majority of full-floor residences, all with private outdoor space, and a prime setting with views of Central Park and the city skyline, the 22-story building was developed by Sackman Enterprises, Inc and designed by SLCE Architects.
Fifteen marks The Agency’s first new development project since entering the New York market in September of 2022 and debuting our new East Coast headquarters in May of 2023. Exclusive sales and marketing is led by Shane Boyle and The Agency Development Group.
Residences within Fifteen start at $1.595M, and all access a curated amenity suite that includes a 24-hour doorman, a live-in superintendent, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a residents lounge and a children’s playroom. Bike and private storage are also available for purchase.
“As The Agency’s first new development project in New York City, and I am so proud that The Agency is representing such an incredible residence,” said Mauricio. “And with this view and proximity to the iconic Central Park, this is a prime offering—plus, there are only 21 residences in this amazing building making it a rare chance for elevated living in a boutique building one block from the park.”
Word is certainly out on Fifteen—at the time of publication, multiple residences were already in contract, with offers in negotiation for several others.
