At The Agency, we’re always up for an adventure, and St. George’s miles of hiking and biking trails and scenic red rock landscape called to us—after all, red’s our color. We are so proud to debut The Agency St. George, our 42nd global partner among our growing network of offices in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe. The St. George office will be led by esteemed industry professional and managing partner, David Ellis. Marking the brokerage’s 64th office, The Agency St. George is the firm’s second Utah location, following Park City.

A vibrant jewel in southwestern Utah, St. George boasts easy access to some of the region’s most picturesque national parks and more than a dozen golf courses—attracting active individuals and leisure-seekers alike. St. George offers a range of distinct real estate, from fairway retreats to generous suburban homes, all set just 60 minutes from Zion National Park and Brian Head Ski Resort and two hours from Las Vegas.

“St. George is one of the fastest-growing metro areas in the nation, and we’re thrilled to showcase the power of The Agency brand in this unique and sought-after market,” said Mauricio Umansky, CEO and Founder of The Agency. “David Ellis is a renowned leader in our industry and we are delighted he will be leading this charge as we continue to introduce The Agency brand around the world.”

The Agency has rapidly expanded its presence across the globe throughout the past year, making it one of the fastest-growing luxury boutique brokerages in the world. The Agency’s independent-owned brokerages are referred to and integrated as true global partners. Every Managing Partner, from both corporate or independently-owned offices, operates cohesively as one true global network. In the past 12 months, The Agency has already showcased impressive global growth opening independently-owned offices in Amsterdam, Downtown Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Muskoka, Brantford, Naples, Florida, Birmingham, Michigan, Seattle, Washington, Miami, Florida, North Atlanta, Georgia, Austin, Texas, Grand Cayman, Frederick, Maryland, San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, The Bahamas and now, St. George, Utah.

“We’re excited to expand our presence in Utah with the launch of our new office in St. George,” said Jim Ramsay, Executive Vice President of Franchise Sales at The Agency. “St. George is a desirable, year-round destination with more than 300 days of sunshine each year, an active lifestyle, and proximity to state and national parks all while offering a charming, small-town feel. Our growing presence throughout Utah is confirmation of the growing demand we’re experiencing in key markets throughout the state.”

A highly respected, top-producing real estate agent with more than two decades of experience in the luxury realm, David Ellis brings a deep understanding of southwestern Utah’s unique offerings to his role as Managing Partner at The Agency St. George. Raised in Provo, Utah, David attended Brigham Young University, where he achieved a degree in Hospitality Management. A committed member of the local community, David has served on the local charter school board and participates in local church and youth groups.

“St. George’s real estate market holds perfect synergy with The Agency’s groundbreaking offerings, collaborative approach, and global brand,” says David Ellis. “I couldn’t be more honored to bring The Agency to buyers and sellers in the area as we forge a new era of luxury real estate in my home state.”
