The Agency Development Group (TADG) is thrilled to announce Maranda Blanton joins the team as Managing Director, where she will spearhead new development for the firm in the Nashville market. With over two decades of experience in new development marketing and sales, Maranda is welcomed to The Agency after holding a senior position with Compass Development Marketing Group. The Agency launched an office in Nashville earlier this year, its first in Tennessee.
With Maranda Blanton at the helm, The Agency Development Group is poised to make a significant impact on the Nashville real estate scene, solidifying its position as a market leader and innovator in new development marketing and sales. Maranda brings a wealth of knowledge to her position. Since relocating to Nashville in late 2019, Maranda has been deeply involved in a diverse pipeline of proposed and closed sales, amassing an impressive total value exceeding $600 million.

Maranda is known for her meticulous focus on all aspects of development. Prior to her relocation, she directed marketing and sales efforts for The Agency Development Group’s Los Angeles portfolio of iconic and historic developments, including The W Hollywood Residences, Solair, and Park Hyatt Los Angeles Residences.
