The Agency is proud to be the first residential brokerage to earn the WELL Health-Safety Rating through the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). Now more than ever, health and wellbeing are a primary focus for all of us. At home, we create a safe space for ourselves and our loved ones. The Agency wants that feeling of home to extend to the office—where we come together to create, innovate and sell real estate.

“I’m so proud that The Agency is the first residential real estate brokerage to earn the WELL Health Safety Rating," said Mauricio Umansky, Founder & CEO of The Agency. “The Agency has always been about providing the best experience possible, for our agents, our clients, our staff and the communities we serve. We have such a unique culture—we really are a family. The health and wellbeing of each member of the team is paramount to what we do.”

The WELL Health-Safety Rating is an evidence-based, third-party verified rating for new and existing buildings and spaces focused on operational policies, maintenance protocols, stakeholder engagement and emergency plans to address a post-Covid-19 environment now and in the future. Some of the world's most notable properties have committed to achieving the WELL Health-Safety Rating, including Yankee Stadium and the Empire State Building, and organizations including JP Morgan Chase and T-Mobile.

Designed to empower owners and operators across large and small businesses alike to take the necessary steps in order to prioritize the health and safety of their staff, visitors and stakeholders, the WELL Health-Safety Rating can help guide users in preparing their spaces for re-entry in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, instilling confidence in those who come through the building as well as the broader community. As part of these efforts, The Agency is also partnering with air quality sensor company, uHoo, to install the most advanced indoor air quality monitors, which measure nine different air quality factors and a virus index to help ensure comfortable, healthy and safe workspaces.

The WELL Seal means The Agency’s work environment has met the International WELL Building Institute’s health and safety measures. It focuses on the ways our workspaces can improve our comfort, drive better choices, and generally enhance our health and well-being.

Look for the WELL Health-Safety Rating seal at The Agency’s global headquarters located at 331 Foothill Road, Suite 100, Beverly Hills, CA, 90210, and other corporately owned offices throughout California, Arizona and South Florida.
