The Agency is proud to share that our General Counsel, Brandon Braga, was nominated for the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2023 Corporate Counsel Awards.
This prestigious award honors the accomplishments and significant role that In-House Counsel plays in the success of a business enterprise. This year’s list comprises only 50 individuals. This is Brandon’s second year as a nominee, following his acknowledgment by LABJ in 2022.
“It was an honor to be nominated for this award by the Los Angeles Business Journal, I so enjoyed attending the awards ceremony and getting the opportunity to connect with my fellow local law professionals,” said Brandon. “My role at The Agency is fast-paced and dynamic—no two days are the same, and I love that. I am grateful to be a part of this team and look forward to more exciting developments in 2024 and beyond.”
In his role as General Counsel, Brandon is responsible for overseeing The Agency’s and its affiliates’ legal affairs, including litigation, real estate, intellectual property, corporate and franchising matters, as well as developing, implementing and overseeing risk management policies and procedures. He also is routinely consulted during significant business decisions.
Brandon achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at San Diego and received his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and later his LLM in Intellectual Property from The George Washington University Law School.
