Eight talented agents from The Agency‘s Venice office showcased our commitment to the local community at the vibrant Abbot Kinney Festival on Sunday, September 24. The event raises funds to support community-based organizations in Venice, with a special emphasis on youth, community development, and the arts. With over 150,000 attendees, the festival served as a dynamic platform for our team to connect, engage, and give back to the Venice community.
The lineup of The Agency’s participants included Mario-Armando Aceves, Shane Willcox, Natalie Courtright, Bella Smith, Bianca Boey, Alex Quaid, Kannika Kim, and Tanya Leon, who set up a booth that buzzed with energy throughout the event. In the spirit of fun, our team organized a raffle—and two lucky winners had the chance to win $100 gift cards by guessing the final sales price of a listing currently in escrow. The Agency also proudly displayed our recently closed and current listings in the Venice area, providing festival-goers with valuable insights into the real estate opportunities in this beautiful neighborhood.
And what’s a festival without music and dancing? The Agency’s booth featured a live DJ who set the tone with a lively musical backdrop, turning our space into a party. We handed out swag bags to attendees, filled with goodies that represented our brand and our commitment to the community. Four-legged visitors also felt the love too with dog treats provided to the many canine guests.
