Walker helped create an algorithm that proactively predicts buyers and sellers and has also built a tool that predicts and generates buyer interest before listings go public. More recent additions to Triplemint’s tech include a program that identifies listings that will fare well in a recession and another that determines the most effective price for a stagnant listing.
