The Hoboken real estate market slowed in July, with an 8% decrease in sales compared with June and a 34% decrease in sales compared with July of 2021. Homes spent an average of 23 days on the market in July, a 44% month over month increase and a 10% year over year decrease. The median listed price rose to $849K, a 1% month over month decrease and a 25% year over year increase, while the median sales price increased 12% month over month and 17% year over year to $866K.
