Led by Managing Directors, Rylan Jacka and Randi Ball, The Agency East Hampton marks our second location in the region, joining our existing office in the Hamptons, which launched in August of last year. The announcement was also covered by The RealDeal, which highlighted the addition of Rylan and Randi to the local team.

About Rylan Jacka
With over 25 years of experience and over $1B in sales, Rylan has an unparalleled record and gift for connecting buyers and sellers. He was the top broker at Sotheby’s International Realty in East Hampton, where he resided for 17 years before making the move to The Agency to launch the new East Hampton office.
Inspired by architecture, design, and landscape, Rylan is in a never-ending pursuit of the perfect Hamptons home and property. Born and raised on Long Island but having spent two decades in the city, Randi brings a unique blend of local insight and urban sophistication to her practice.
As a member of the President’s Council in 2021 and 2024, and a distinguished presence in the Platinum Council from 2020 to 2023, Randi consistently ranks among the top performers in her field. In 2022 and 2023, she secured the prestigious title of number 2 agent in the East Hampton office while at Corcoran.
