The Westchester real estate market saw year over year prices up and quarter over quarter prices down. The average price per square foot was $418, a 10% increase from Q3 2021. There were 2,019 sales in Q3, up 27% from Q2, but down 15% from the same quarter last year. Homes spent an average of 30 days on the market, compared to 35 in Q2. Total inventory was down 18% compared to the same quarter last year, but up 1% from Q2.
