During Q4 2022, there were 910 new listings in Westchester, a 47% drop from Q3. The median listed price was $754,000, a 2% decrease from the previous quarter. Listings spent an average of 46 days on the market, up from 30 days in Q3. The average price per square foot was $395, down 6% from Q3, but up 4% from the same quarter last year.
