We are so happy and grateful that we had Bradley as our realtor in purchasing our first home. We were first connected with Bradley through Zillow. In total, Bradley showed us around 10 houses. He made sure to show us houses at times that worked around our schedules, including evenings and weekends, and always did so with a great attitude. He made a point of showing us things at each house that might be problematic, or things that he thought were nice touches. We never ever felt pressured or pushed to buy any particular house, or a house at all, when working with Bradley. At the same time, whenever we asked for his honest opinion about a house or a neighborhood, Bradley gave us his true and very helpful thoughts. We have so much to say for Bradley's integrity, and we think that's what we appreciated most about him. He genuinely cares about his clients, and that made us feel like we had a partner in the house search we can trust. We also feel that our patience, and his patience with us, is why we ultimately successfully purchased our favorite home we saw. He also walked us through each step of the process when we put in an offer and during escrow, and he made a happy but stressful process much less stressful. Now that we're already past closing, Bradley has made incredibly clear to us that we can reach out to him any time for help connecting us with vendors/contractors for work to be done around the house or moving. He's already given us some very helpful recommendations. If you have Bradley as your realtor, you'll have someone who is knowledgeable, truly great and fun to work with interpersonally, and someone who you can trust has the utmost integrity in trying to do right by you.
