Elena Smirnova is a top-producing real estate broker, having overseen some of Manhattan’s most important transactions, totaling over $200 million in sales over the last nine years. In her previous roles, she served as CEO and Principal Broker of Park River Properties, director of residential sales & leasing of GAIA Real Estate in New York, CEO of GAIA Property Management, and broker on the top-producing team at Douglas Elliman. Her responsibilities have ranged from originating and closing complex deals, overseeing sales and management of over 300 individual condo units, developing creative marketing concepts, managing agents, to working closely with developers.

As an investor herself, Elena prides herself on her market knowledge and specializes in condo and co-op resales, new developments, investment properties, townhouses, and multi-family properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Her clients repeatedly praise her for her data-driven approach, kind and friendly demeanor, lightning-speed responses, exceptional negotiation skills, and keen attention to detail, making each transaction as seamless as possible.

Among her accolades are: Named among Manhattan’s Top Residential Real Estate Agents for 2023 by Schneps Media, Top Sales Agent Awards, a Lifetime Achievement Award for being part of the Million Dollar Club, and an award for the biggest deal at her previous brokerage. Elena has appeared on Bravo TV’s hit series Million Dollar Listing NY and was interviewed for The Real Deal Magazine after closing a $17 Million deal. She has been a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council for the past four years.

A fluent Russian speaker, Elena was born in Russia and grew up in Colorado. The valedictorian of her undergraduate class at the University of Colorado at Boulder, she excelled in mathematics, physics, entrepreneurship, and her Major - classical piano performance. She came to New York for her Carnegie Hall debut in 2008 and received her Master’s Degree from Manhattan School of Music. Elena is a Young Patron of Lincoln Center and enjoys attending concerts regularly. In her spare time, she enjoys fitness, taking dance classes, and exploring the city’s fine dining establishments and museums.
