On the latest episode of Leann and Eddie, a VH1 reality television series following singer LeAnn Rimes and actor Eddie Cibrian, viewers were given more than just a glimpse into their highly publicized relationship. They got a look at the stunning architectural home at 25155 Piuma Road in Malibu, listed with The Agency’s Kofi Natei Nartey, and also the home that is featured during the show’s opening scene.
When the couple opts out of traveling to a fancy restaurant to instead bring the fancy restaurant to them, the estate’s kitchen becomes the backdrop for their romantic date night.
“The nice thing about staying at home is that we don’t have to deal with paparazzi,” shares Eddie. We couldn’t agree more, especially if you happen to live in this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom hilltop estate. Their personal chef had no problem navigating the home’s beautiful chef’s kitchen, complete with custom appliances, custom cabinetry, marble countertops, and a center island and extended bar area to provide additional seating for larger get-togethers. With the candles lit, wine poured, and filet mignon served, date night reached new heights for the romantic couple.
To mark the end of LeAnn and Eddie’s evening, the camera pans out to reveal the home’s modern exterior. Even at nightfall, you can clearly see how openness and fluidity is communicated architecturally and made even more pronounced by the vaulted ceilings and large bay windows. What you don’t see, however, is the rest of the 6,670-square feet of living space nor 7 acres of rolling hills and pristine park that the property sits on.
