The Agency is proud to announce that veteran real estate agent Susan Ferrington has joined its growing team. Susan will work out of the company’s brand new offices in Brentwood.
“Susan has a long and distinguished career in real estate, and we are thrilled she’s chosen The Agency as the place she wishes to make her mark here in Southern California,” says Santiago Arana, fellow realtor and Partner at The Agency. “I want to welcome her to The Agency family.”
Susan has earned a reputation for expertly fixing problems and mediating on her client’s behalf, all with a warmth and sense of humor. A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Ferrington was one of the Bay Area’s top-producing real estate agents for 18 years and cultivated a trusted network of real estate advisors in California and beyond. She and her family relocated to Los Angeles in 2014, settling in the Pacific Palisades. Ferrington and her family quickly acclimated to the Southern California lifestyle. A lifelong tennis player, Ferrington joined the Riviera Tennis Club and has worked to connect to her new community and her new team at The Agency.
“In the Bay Area, I spent 17 years at Coldwell banker. But from the moment I walked into the The Agency’s office, I knew I had found the right place,” says Susan. “The energy in the office spoke to me, and I immediately knew I wanted to be here. I am so grateful and excited to be a part of this group and am looking forward to a long and prosperous career. I also look forward to forming friendships and relationships in the company and the community here.”
When she’s not assisting her clients, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband, Danny, and their children and dogs. Susan also loves yoga, going to the beach, live music, stand-up comedy and traveling the world to a growing list of exotic locals that include Europe, Turkey, Croatia and Kenya.
