The Agency New Development Group recently hosted an exclusive preview of Residence One, the showpiece of The Residences at Carbon Beach, a limited collection of modern homes offering an effortless lifestyle steps from Malibu’s famed Billionaire’s Beach. With unparalleled views of the world-renowned coastline, the sunset event showcased the craftsmanship, thoughtful design and stunning vistas from the 3,200-square-foot residence.
The exclusive unveiling of Residence One put on display the 3‑bedroom, 3.5‑bath seaside home designed by renowned interior designers Maxime Jacquet and Summer Chàpin, founders of Premier Stagers. The home features sophisticated contemporary style, modern open-concept design, and a plush, expansive rooftop terrace — the ultimate lounging, dining and entertaining space.
For the unveiling, a specially formulated cocktail, The Pineapple Buck, was created by the Cocktail Academy. Daniel Shemtob, Zagat 30 Under 30 Chef and Food Network Winner, provided hand-crafted hors d’oeuvres. Also on display were the Martini Racing Porche Cayenne GTS and the Lamborghini Huracán Novara Edition, provided by Vorsteiner.
