It was a Shakespearean fête to remember on Thursday, August 4, as The Agency celebrated its expanding residential offerings in Calabasas at 25241 Prado del Grandioso, a stunning property nestled in the sun-drenched canyons in the Estates at The Oaks of Calabasas.
Produced in collaboration with The Agency’s Emil Hartoonian (who represents the property with James Harris and David Parnes) along with sponsor Steel Peak Wealth Management, a lively crowd of brokers, agents, and friends turned out for a fabulous evening under the stars at one of the most incredible properties in the area.
Guests entered the estate’s grand foyer to a beautiful king’s table dreamt up by Choux Choux Events and decked out with delicious hors d’oeuvres and a gorgeous live centerpiece straight from Shakespeare’s enchanted forest. Outside, a real-life mermaid flipped her tail in the infinity-edged pool while guests sipped on herbal-infusion cocktails like “The Midnight” and “The Enchantini,” posed for photos with Puck—the party’s resident mischievous centaur—and enjoyed music from live DJ and violinist duo Saga Strings.
The star-studded soiree wasn’t without its surprises, such as Sandra Vidal—star of Rica Famosa Latina— who was in attendance, cameras in tow. The event also marked the debut of The Agency’s new Snapchat account: TheAgencyRE.
The jaw-dropping estate, with its sprawling canyon views and extraordinary interiors, proved the perfect setting for one of the most memorable events of the summer.
