In what was undoubtedly the VIP open of the season, Million Dollar Listing LA’s James Harris and David Parnes hosted esteemed guests for an exclusive twilight soiree at 511 N. Arden Drive, a stunning, newly constructed contemporary home in the heart of Beverly Hills.
James and David greeted attendees on arrival, inviting them to explore the magnificent trophy property while indulging in an intimate ROE Caviar tasting and savory hors d’oeuvres by Choux Choux. As the evening progressed, guests made their way to the home’s expansive lower entertainer’s level, which boasts a plush movie theatre, gym and sauna. Others toured the sweeping second floor, which holds a luxurious master suite with incredible showroom closets, a soaking tub and bookmatched Italian marble shower.
