The new Puerto Vallarta office marks The Agency’s 26th location worldwide, bringing our tally of offices in Mexico to three, including Cabo San Lucas and Punta de Mita. The office will be led by distinguished real estate veterans Richard Bartholomew and Alejandro Aldrete. Together they will spearhead the growth of the new office and work in partnership with The Agency’s network of brokers throughout the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and the Caribbean.

Richard currently serves as Managing Director of The Agency’s Palm Springs and Palm Desert offices and has sold more than $930 million throughout his 25-year career. Alejandro began his career working closely with Mauricio 15 years ago. He has sold more than $500 million of real estate and works alongside some of the most preeminent developers in the U.S. and Mexico. In addition to his role at The Agency Puerto Vallarta, Alejandro also spearheads operations at the firm’s Punta de Mita office.
