From build days and beautiful dinners to expert-led panel events and sky-high helicopter tours, The Agency team toasted the official launch of seven Canadian offices in a weeklong celebration across the region. The festivities attracted managing partners from 10 states and provinces and honored our locations in Toronto, Muskoka, Oakville, Waterloo Region, Brantford, Ottawa and Montreal.
To kick things off, The Agency Toronto team, led by Managing Partners Paige and Peter Torkan, donated $30,000 to The Agency’s philanthropic partner, Giveback Homes and hosted a special local Build Day event. The productive day garnered coverage by local news outlet the Toronto Sun and was followed by dinner and cocktails.

Next up: Our Muskoka, Oakville, Waterloo Region & Brantford locations marked their official launches with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and office tours, led by Managing Partners, Steve and Katia Bailey, Chris and Courtney Costabile. A few team members even set out for a helicopter ride over Muskoka, which provided incredible views of the area’s lush forests and pristine lakes.

The Agency Ottawa, led by Managing Partner Max Damour, ushered in its official debut with an educational panel event that offered sweeping views of the city and the stately buildings on Parliament Hill while covering local and national real estate happenings—followed by a lively cocktail reception, of course.

Then, our team took a scenic drive to Montreal, where the local office, led by Managing Partner John Faratro, hosted a panel with top industry professionals, which touched on the luxury market’s current and emerging trends.

Our whirlwind week of Canadian celebrations ended on a high note with an impromptu karaoke night in downtown Montreal. Cheers again to The Agency’s growing network of Canadian team members—we’ll be singing your praises for years to come.
