The Agency has debuted in Ohio, and we’re right at home in Cleveland, the Forest City! The new office, which will be known as The Agency Cleveland, is our first office in the state of Ohio and will be led by industry veterans David Ayers and Nick Zawitz, who will serve as Managing Partners.
The Agency Cleveland will serve all of Cuyahoga County, including Hunting Valley, Shaker Heights, Gates Mills, Chagrin Falls, Moreland Hills, and Pepper Pike in addition to Aurora, Solon, Bainbridge Hudson, Bath and the westside communities along Lake Erie including Rocky River, Avon Lake and Bay Village.

With more than a decade of experience as a top broker in Manhattan, David Ayers has sold more than half a billion dollars in real estate. Today, David leads The Foundry Group with The Agency Cleveland, and his clients and team benefit from David’s nuanced market knowledge, negotiating abilities and extensive luxury connections throughout Northeast Ohio and beyond.
Born and raised in Columbus, David is a graduate of Northwestern University. To date, he has worked with some of the biggest names and leaders in the technology, entertainment, medical and financial industries, closing property deals priced well into the eight figures.
