We’re thrilled to announce our latest accolades! The Agency shines bright in the 2024 RealTrends 500, ranking #16 by volume and #34 by sides. This leading industry report ranks the performance of top residential real estate brokerage firms across the country.
The Agency was recognized (once again) on RealTrends’ prestigious Billionaire’s Club, which features the top brokerage firms in the United States that closed at least $1 billion worth of real estate in 2023.
Additionally, The Agency ranked as the seventh-largest privately held independent brokerage in the nation by sales volume and ranked second in the 2024 Top Movers by transaction sides and volume category. We had the largest percentage growth as well, growing 89% in transaction sides in 2023 to a total of 11,803. We also added $1.44B in volume in 2023, for a total of $12.4B.
