We’re proud to share that two members of The Agency’s team have been named on the Los Angeles Business Journal’s annual list of the region’s most successful commercial real estate professionals. Alexander Koustas and Karine Aslanian are among 39 other commercial real estate professionals on this year’s list, which was featured in the December 4th print edition and is available online here.
LABJ’s list is merit-based and spotlights “genuine leading lights in a profession critical to the business arena.” Alexander and Karine are among those who “routinely put together and lead the most significant and impactful lease and sale transactions in the area.”
“This impressive and talented group have made key contributions to some of the highest-profile developments in L.A. – and have done so during a time of challenge and uncertainty,” the publication noted.
ABOUT ALEXANDER KOUSTAS
Alexander founded Commercial Advisory in 2016; a commercial transactions platform within The Agency that is focused on serving the firm’s most discerning clientele and their commercial real estate requirements. As managing partner, he has overseen many complex and large-scale hospitality, office and industrial transactions for the firm throughout the Southern California marketplace.
A skilled negotiator with a reputation for creating successful outcomes for investors and tenants alike, Koustas brings more than 19 years of commercial investment, development and brokerage experience to The Agency. Prior to joining The Agency, Alexander was a founding member and president of the December Co., Inc., a boutique commercial brokerage firm specializing in high street retail as well as office and industrial leases and sales transactions. He also served as the acquisitions director at BH Properties, where he was responsible for the deployment of $100 million in annual acquisitions.
ABOUT KARINE ASLANIAN
A broker associate and commercial advisor, Karine maintains a sterling track record of success representing commercial and residential properties across Los Angeles. Equipped with a degree in Management and Information Systems from Loyola Marymount University, Karine is known for her astute market analysis, customer relationship management and thoughtful sales strategies.
Before joining The Agency, Karine worked with Paramount Real Estate and Property Management, the Los Angeles-based brokerage she founded in 2009. A strong and focused leader, Karine is dedicated to supporting her clients’ success.
