Sherman Oaks & Calabasas
When Denise Snanoudj isn’t helping her clients with all their real estate needs, she can often be found spending quality time with her beloved dog, Escrow. For the past year-and-a-half, Escrow has been in training to become a certified therapy dog for the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. He recently passed the final exam and will begin service shortly. Congratulations Denise and Escrow!
Arizona & Baja Sur
The Scottsdale team recently took a trip to visit their Agency colleagues in Baja Sur to learn more about the great real estate on offer and to enjoy the wonders of La Paz. Travel between the two destinations just got so much easier, with American Airlines now offering direct flights from Phoenix to La Paz.
Aspen
The Agency Aspen headed for the hills, teaming up with charity partner Giveback Homes for their first Build Day in Roaring Fork Valley. The Agency’s CEO Mauricio Umansky joined The Agency Aspen’s Managing Partner Heather Sinclair and team to work on a new, Net-Zero, all-electric community taking shape on the hillside above Basalt High School. British Columbia
A team of employees from the Victoria, BC office spent a day volunteering for local charity, HeroWork to help with finishing touches on the Salvation Army kitchen and rehabilitation centre renovation in the downtown core. Agent David Sidenberg joined the team to lend a helping hand to the amazing local charity.
D.C. Metro
Lights, camera, cover! The Agency D.C Metro’s Managing Partner Nurit Coombe graced the cover of Top Agent Magazine, Maryland. Nurit discussed her recent achievement of being among the best in the business alongside business partner Alex Martinez by RealTrends The Thousand 2021, and her journey to launching The Agency D.C Metro.
Greater Los Angeles

Teresa Ruelas just completed her seventh book, Morning Fog. The philosophical fiction is written under the pen name, OLgA Flamenco. While Teresa typically shares her books as gifts, you can browse the collection for sale here. Teresa also started a monthly Zoom literary hour for authors to come together to share either excerpts from works of their own, or excerpts from books we may have read.
