Leading the pack is 9133 Oriole Way, a contemporary home perched in the Bird Streets above the Sunset Strip and represented by The Agency. “Awe-inspiring panoramic views, a full bar, a screening room, and big-screen televisions throughout are just some of the features that make this home a truly spectacular choice for hosting viewing parties,” notes LA Confidential. “Each room flows into the other and spills out onto a resort-like backyard complete with an outdoor poolside kitchen and entertaining space.” The estate is co-listed by Alejandro Aldrete, Blair Chang, and Mauricio Umansky.

Other homes featured include 229 Linnie Canal, a wide-open contemporary estate in Venice, “nestled right next to the beach town’s famed canals,” two grand estates in the Pacific Palisades, another home near the Sunset Strip, and a luxurious pad in Bel-Air.

534 Crestline Drive, in Brentwood, is a breathtaking contemporary estate with a spacious outdoor entertaining area overlooking the pool. The lower floor holds dual theaters – both a formal movie theater and a summer theater, which can be controlled by the in-home automation system. Adults can retreat below to a custom wine cellar and companion tasting room with a window that becomes a rear projection screen at the touch of a button. The estate is co-listed by Santiago Arana and Ari Shram.

Another property, 9555 Heather Road, boasts an architectural landscape reminiscent of an elegant, residential park, with its tree-lined property enclosing lush grounds, stone walkways, and beautiful views. Seemingly designed for large gatherings, the interior was recently redone by a Ralph Lauren designer to emulate an estate in the Hamptons. 9555 Heather Road is listed by CEO and Co-founder of The Agency, Mauricio Umansky.
