Shelly Osadon, a designer who selected the custom finishes, says that she and her husband purchased the property in 2009 and have been working on the home for five years. “It’s a museum quality-finish with amazing views, a unique find,” says Shelly Osadon. “Museum quality means everything is perfect.”
“The spec market is happening now because of the lack of inventory,” commented Mauricio. “And because of the prices that clients are willing to pay for property and for homes. It’s a simple supply and demand curve. Developers see that.”
The luxurious gated property boasts 6 bedrooms, 10 baths, a soaring 36′ grand entry foyer and fully automated floor-to-ceiling glass walls that disappear at the touch of a button, seamlessly integrating approximately 15,500 sq. ft. of exquisite indoor/outdoor living.
