The Agency is making big moves in the Mile High City! In a special, two-day celebration packed with special events, The Agency marked the grand opening of its Denver office, led by Managing Partners Kacey Bingham and Jared Blank.
Festivities kicked off with an intimate dinner at renowned restaurant Elway’s in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood. The Agency’s Founder and CEO, Mauricio Umansky was in attendance, as well as managing partners from The Agency’s far-reaching network of offices, including Zar Zanganeh, Wendy Walker, Michelle Schwartz, Jen Cameron, David Pullon, Chris Flynn, Steve Bailey, Kit Matkaluk and Hugh Cooper.
The following day, the team set out for an exclusive, invite-only brokers open tour of Clearview Farm, a nearly 15-acre pastoral retreat in the Denver suburb of Cherry Hills Village. Listed at $28,888,888 by Kacey and Jared, Clearview Farm features a main house, guest house, 1.5-acre pond and fields zoned for agriculture and equestrian facilities. The estate is also the most expensive home listed in the Denver metro area. A string quartet complimented the serene, nature-steeped setting with refined tunes as guests tucked into an interactive mimosa bar and fresh-baked pastries. Later that evening, the local team hosted an official Grand Opening Event at Avanti, a lively rooftop restaurant that offers cuisine crafted by the region’s top chefs. Guests took in tunes from DJ RIPM, distinct floral arrangements by Buckley House of Flowers and sweeping views of the city skyline all while savoring an array of signature slushie drinks—each named after iconic Colorado locales and attractions—served in custom The Agency-branded cups. The crowd favorite? The Giddy Up, an invigorating espresso martini cocktail inspired by world-renowned nearby mountain destination, Aspen. The night ended on a heartfelt note with speeches from Mauricio, as well as Kacey and Jared.
