As this year's IGTV/Instagram Live recipient of the "Best Uses of Instagram" award, The Agency’s "Replacing The Open House—The Agency’s IGTV Agent-Led Tours" campaign was selected out of 1000s of entries as the best of the best in digital and social media. In it, our in-house marketing and social media team connected with dozens of company agents who are also social media influencers in their field, including David Parnes and James Harris, principals at The Agency and stars of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.
As a result of this campaign, we have experienced increased qualified buyers contacting us regarding listings they have seen on Instagram—and they are buying multi-million dollar properties sight unseen. Additionally, the IGTV campaign has secured new partnership opportunities for The Agency with real estate developments in other parts of the world that aim to tap into its network of high-net-worth clients.
The Agency also experienced a 45 percent increase in Instagram direct-referral traffic compared to the same period year over year. Average video views have increased 250 percent as a result of the agent-led tours.
