At 8235 W. 4th Street in Beverly Grove (pictured above), represented by Tom Wrigglesworth, the brand-new Modern Farmhouse showcases an exquisite mirrored bar, with black, white and gold hues emphasized by the sparkling pendant lights above. The bar sits within the main great room, where pocket doors open to the pool terrace for seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining, fall cocktails in hand.
The elegantly traditional Bel Air retreat at 15475 Milldale Drive, represented by Mauricio Umansky, Farrah Brittany, Eduardo Umansky and Alexia Umansky, features a traditional-style bar (pictured above) with wood tones, gold hues and a pop of red, set fireside for those cool L.A. fall evenings. 2805 Tennyson Place, an exceptional estate located at the peak of the prestigious Hill Section of Hermosa Beach features an expansive bar with the works.
