The Agency Dallas had a great reason to celebrate this month—and they did it right, in true Agency fashion. On September 19th, members of The Agency and the greater real estate community came together in the Lone Star State as The Agency Dallas kicked off the grand opening of its new office, located within the Preston Commons building at 8111 Preston Road. The office’s Managing Partners Damon and Megan Williamson brought The Agency’s unique vision and expertise to the heart of Park Cities earlier this year—and now are thrilled to take it to the next level.
The grand opening event was nothing short of a Texas-sized affair. After the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the office doors swung open to reveal the gorgeous Dallas-inspired space—a fitting backdrop for the next chapter in The Agency’s story. The event attracted some of the most celebrated real estate leaders from around the globe, reaffirming The Agency’s commitment to bringing the best to Dallas and beyond.
Star-Studded Attendees
One of the highlights of the evening was the presence of none other than Mauricio Umansky, Founder and CEO of The Agency. Mauricio joined The Agency Dallas to introduce his latest endeavor (well, besides being on Season 32 of Dancing with the Stars): his book The Dealmaker: How to Succeed in Business & Life Through Dedication, Determination & Disruption. Guests had the opportunity to meet the author and talk to him about his motivation for success and return home with a signed copy.
Mauricio’s co-star on Buying Beverly Hills, Melissa Platt, was also in attendance, having officially joined The Agency Dallas.
The Party Won’t Stop
The celebrations didn’t stop there. On the following day, The Agency Dallas treated guests to a day filled with great discussions, entertainment, and food.
The day began with a panel discussion moderated by Ricardo Beer, VP of Franchise Sales West, featuring real estate luminaries such as Zar Zanganeh (Broker/Managing Partner of The Agency Las Vegas), Jen Cameron (Managing Partner of The Agency Seattle), Jared Blank (Managing Partner of The Agency Denver), and Steve Bailey (Managing Partner of The Agency’s offices across Waterloo Region, Brantford, Oakville, Muskoka, Toronto West and York Region). The discussions were complemented by a breakfast spread and a java bar pop-up, ensuring that guests were fueled for the day ahead.
As the sun began to set over Dallas, the itinerary continued to impress with an evening of live music that truly captured the spirit of Texas. The Culdesac Kids, a Dallas-based duo comprising Grammy-nominee Collin Hauser and The Voice finalist Stevie Jo Rosenbalm, serenaded the audience. DJ powerhouse duo VAVO took the stage, unleashing their explosive Country YEEDM movement that has been taking the music world by storm. Their remixes of popular Country hits have ignited viral movements, captivating audiences across social media platforms.
In short, a truly fun time of connection and celebration was had by all.
