A longtime local resident and founder of the award-winning, top-producing team, The Savory Group, Jeannine has served clients throughout the region. With a nuanced understanding of the diverse San Diego real estate market, Jeannine is a trusted guide for buyers, sellers and investors.

ABOUT JEANNINE
Jeannine has worked as a full-time licensed agent and broker for the last 22 years, specializing in residential resales for clients in some of San Diego’s most coveted and dynamic real estate markets, including Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Bay Park, Downtown, Point Loma, Del Mar and beyond. She earned an Associate’s degree in Interior Design from FIDM and a Bachelor’s degree in business management.
“While my focus is residential resale, I have experience in handling some very lengthy and complex transactions with respect to development including new development project sales, distressed asset sales, and land development experience which has given me a wide network of resources,” says Jeannine.
Among her many notable sales is the former Chicago Title building in Downtown San Diego, which Jeannine sold in 2010 to an international investor. The 65,000-square-foot building was in foreclosure.
Jeannine also spearheaded the region’s iconic Pernicano project. This five-year density preservation campaign led to the City Council’s approval of an increase in density and resulted in the Award for Commercial Transaction of the Year by SDAR in 2020.
