In its annual installment of “Who’s Brokering L.A.” the Los Angeles Business Journal has bestowed top honors to a number of our agents for their hard work and dedication as leading residential real estate agents.

“The residential real estate market in Los Angeles is a complex landscape to say the least,” the newspaper notes. “Whether you are buying or selling, having the right broker in your corner can be the difference-maker in terms of getting a good deal, landing in the right location for your specific needs, and navigating the process painlessly.”

This year, LABJ recognized The Umansky Team and The Bond Street Team. The Umansky Team comprises Mauricio Umansky, Eduardo Umansky, Farrah Brittany, Alexia Umansky and Sharon Umansky Benton, while Bond Street includes James Harris and David Parnes.

Individual agents who were honored include Santiago Arana, Sandro Dazzan, Jon Grauman, Emil Hartoonian, Craig Knizek, Irene Dazzan-Palmer, Billy Rose, and Michelle Schwartz.

The newspaper curates the annual list, “in an attempt to shine a light on the hard-working brokers who have the knowledge, skills and dedication to go the extra mile for their clients.”

In addition to this latest honor, in June, LABJ named Mauricio and Santiago to its exclusive LA500 list—a collection of 500 of the city’s most influential people.
