Global 

As a multi-hyphenate magnate, The Agency Founder and CEO Mauricio Umansky knows a thing or two about time management. This month he shared his top tips with Entrepreneur here.   

Inman revealed that The Agency has found yet another way to revolutionize the industry: our new marketing portal, which democratizes access to marketing and public relations resources for our entire global network of agents. 

In the San Francisco Chronicle, Senior Director of Risk Management Daniel Hershkowitz offered homebuyers advice on how to avoid the cost-surging nightmare of purchasing a home with unpermitted work. 

Chris Costabile, Managing Partner of The Agency in Brantford Ontario, was interviewed by Amy Gamerman for The Wall Street Journal’s Real Estate section, sharing a story from the trenches selling the matrimonial home of a couple in the middle of a divorce. “There were red flags everywhere,” he explains. 

As reported by The Real Deal, Mauricio Umansky partnered with Farrah Brittany on a record-setting transaction in Beverly Hills Flats. The home — previously owned by Simon Cowell — boasts five bedrooms, 9600 square feet and a long list of coveted amenities.

California 

As reported by The Wall Street Journal, The Agency Principal Santiago Arana is bringing an impressive new listing to the market: an $85M mansion recently leased by Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez and previously owned by Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman.  

Jeff Kohl and Josh Myler’s Los Angeles listing was featured in The New York Times’ “What You Get Series” comparing $2.7M homes across California. A tastefully renovated 1912 Craftsman with a prime location near Larchmont Village, the home blends modern comfort and historic charm. View all the photos and details here

The Agency made a double feature on page 22 of Los Angeles Magazine’s September issue in a section highlighting some of the most fashion-driven listings on the market. First up, Eric Haskell, Blake Varga and Amanda Lee’s Montecito listing, which was designed by the late Paul Fortune, who had previously worked with Marc Jacobs. Next, a Beverly Hills listing owned by Calvin Klein model Dima Gornovskyi and represented by Jon Grauman, Adam Rosenfeld and Cody Thompson.

In an episode of “The American Dream TV,” Amir Jawaherian explores the architectural history of Santa Monica’s celebrated La Mesa Drive, where he stops by to check in on a project of one of his clients, developer Peter Bakhtiari of Maison by PGB. View his segment here
