From exclusive listings to major corporate launches (we’re looking at you, Red Paper), The Agency’s in-house PR team hit the ground running, securing top-tier coverage across the globe. 2024 is indeed off to a roaring start, setting the stage for what promises to be another year of exciting developments and newsworthy stories.



Amir Jawaherian was featured on an episode of The American Dream, where he toured visitors around the Pendry Residences at the Pendry West Hollywood, which is represented by The Agency Development Group.

Forbes got the exclusive on Mauricio Umansky’s listing of the historic Green Gables Estate in Silicon Valley. The estate comprises seven homes and three swimming pools as well as a one-of-a-kind, 100-yard Roman pool near the main house. It is certainly one of the most incredible properties in the world. The Las Vegas Business Journal reported that a $13.9 million home in The Agency Development Group’s Ascaya topped the city’s December luxury sales. Keri Lade of The Agency represented the buyer.


New York

Julio Izquierdo’s stunning Sutton Place listing was featured on Mansion Global. After a thoughtful gut renovation, the apartment is quite a gem in the heart of NYC.

The Real Deal broke the news that Andrew Azoulay joined The Agency, bringing gorgeous listings from the city’s most prominent zip codes. 

Fancy Pants Homes covered Mike Biryla’s stunning West Village townhouse listing. Located on Commerce Street, the townhouse is being offered at $10,000,000.



David Ayers and Nick Zawitz’s prime listing was featured on Robb Report. The home is an enormous 55,000 square feet and is offered at just under $4 million.
