In the article, our founder and CEO Mauricio Umansky credits The Agency’s numerous high-performing and nimble teams for the success. “We’re driving a small speedboat. Florida

Dana Trotter helped The Real Deal make sense of the Hamptons’ cooling market. “Our market really doesn’t plummet, but we are seeing price corrections, especially in the high end.”

The Hollywood Reporter named Tyler Whitman as a nominee in the Media Maverick category as part of  its annual New York Power Broker Awards—which honors the market’s top sellers and savvy marketers. Stay tuned, winners will be announced on THR.com in July.

Fifteen, a new development project on the Upper West Side represented by Shane Boyle, appeared in a piece by Dwell. Next to Central Park, the boutique collection of 21 residences offers an elevated living experience with premium amenities, proximity to some of the best cultural spots in the city and elegant, spare-no-expense design. 

 

Massachusetts 

Eric Rollo explained to Boston.com how the market has shifted to favoring homes with solar power, especially now that agents and solar panel providers have adapted to streamline the transfer process for both buyers and sellers.  

 

Pacific Northwest 

The 15-acre estate listed by Michael Moir could break a sales record for Idaho’s Treasure Valley, as reported in Mansion Global. With the recently overhauled main residence, expansive guest home and perfectly preserved silo that could be turned into an event or gathering space, the property is truly one of a kind. “You just cannot find anything remotely close in comparison—especially in this area,” Mike notes. 

Jen Cameron shared her expert take on the current Seattle market with Mansion Global, noting that decreasing prices present a great opportunity for luxury buyers. “When you’re talking about homes worth millions of dollars, the spread is even greater,” she explains.  

Grant Ludwick, Matt Robinson and Nick Wilhite of The Agency Bend were featured in Inman’s “Broker Spotlight” series, sharing lessons from their careers in real estate and why they’re so optimistic about Oregon’s future market. Read the interview here

Turks & Caicos 

Sean O’Neill spoke with TCI Sun about his latest development project, The Sanctuary. “We’re the real-estate brokers representing this project and we’re working very closely with the developers, the management team and the architect to be able to bring this incredible development to market,” he explains. With the ability to customize and no restrictions on owner usage, interest in the project has been strong.
