Global

For International Women’s Day on March 8, The Agency’s President Rainy Hake Austin wrote a piece for Inman about how female leaders can empower women through empathy.

As a 2024 Global Real Estate Influencer, Farrah Brittany was featured on Inman, where the publication highlighted her rise to the top of the Los Angeles real estate industry.

Authority Magazine spoke with Rainy Hake Austin about the power of authentic women’s leadership. The feature highlights much of Rainy’s career and how she chooses to lead The Agency as it continues to expand.

Mexico

Colorado

Lisa Hatem’s $37 million deal was covered by the Wall Street Journal and Mansion Global. The Swiss chalet-style Aspen mansion features six bedrooms and roughly 6,800 square feet.

 

California

The Spring 2024 issue of Elite Traveler highlighted Zach Goldsmith’s expert commentary on how legislation and high interest rates are slowing home sales and driving the demand for luxury rentals in Los Angeles and beyond.

The April 2024 issue of Modern Luxury Angeleno featured Irene Dazzan-Palmer and Sandro Dazzan’s Malibu listing and Mauricio Umansky, Cicely Sterling, and Zach Goldsmith’s Beverly Hills mansion.

Actor Frank Grillo’s newly listed lavish Hollywood mansion was featured on Robb Report. The listing is represented by Chris Dyson.
